Offbrain GET is a managed recruiting service for brand and agency research teams running mid-market consumer studies. You buy completed interviews — not database access, not creator contact lists, not a tool to learn. Enterprise scale and panel-style ongoing recruiting are out of scope for this tier.

¹ The seven-day target holds when SOW §3a feasibility conditions are met (agreed backup segment, premium creator ceiling, Day-2 reply threshold, Day-4 scheduled threshold, your response window in hours). If the funnel slips at Day 2 or Day 4, the timeline pauses for your approval.

What you don't get

The pilot tier is a paid recruiting outcome, not a tool. Some things we deliberately do not sell here:

  • ·Creator handles or contact details outside the scheduled session.
  • ·An exportable creator list or reusable database.
  • ·Bulk profile or pool access of any kind.
  • ·Public quotes, testimonials, or sponsored-style posts.
  • ·Off-platform contact rights — anti-bypass terms apply.

  1. Day 0

    Kickoff

    Sign SOW. Approve outreach copy and screener. Provider takes ownership of calendar provisioning.

  2. Day 1

    Source & shortlist

    200-lead pool from licensed sources only. Manual fit review. First 60 prioritized.

  3. Days 2–3

    Outreach & screen

    Two outreach waves. Replies routed to screener. Consent and NDA collected.

  4. Day 4

    Replacement buffer

    Lock 15 scheduled. Send 24-hour reminders. Backup pool ready.

  5. Days 5–6

    Interviews

    Sessions run on Provider-controlled calendars (in masked / anonymized mode).

  6. Day 7

    Closeout

    Last interviews, no-show replacements, creator payouts, final report.

  7. Day 7+

    Reconciliation

    Funnel scorecard. Refund check (formula in the SOW). Suppression and consent ledger updates.

  8. Always

    Audit trail

    Every identity reveal, consent action, and payment is logged.

Licensed sourcing only

No scraping. Sourcing uses platform APIs, licensed creator directories, and opt-in pools. Every snapshot is logged with its license source.

Identity controls that actually hold

Masked and anonymized modes are enforced at the session level — Provider-issued calendar, alias display name, redacted recordings. If a Client requires a format that breaks the controls, the mode is not offered for that study.

Anti-bypass that protects creators

The 12-month off-platform-contact restriction binds the client through their contract with Provider — not the creator. Liquidated damages are tied to documented sourcing cost, not a punitive multiplier. Prior-relationship and inbound-creator carve-outs apply.
