The runbook

How a pilot actually runs.

Every project follows the same operating model. The 10-in-7 target is conditional on SOW §3a feasibility checks: agreed backup segment, premium creator ceiling, Day-2 reply threshold, Day-4 scheduled threshold, and your response window in hours. If the funnel slips at Day 2 or Day 4 the timeline pauses for your approval instead of pushing forward into a missed delivery.

  1. Day −2 to −1

    Intake & feasibility

    • ·You send intake. We check feasibility against the kit kill criteria (segment, follower band, location, incentive ceiling).
    • ·We lock SOW parameters with you, including the §3a feasibility conditions: backup segment, premium creator ceiling, Day-2 reply threshold, Day-4 scheduled threshold, your response window in hours.
    • ·Synthetic-audience and expert-council review pass on the SOW + invitation copy before signature.
    • ·On signature, deposit billed. SOW + Attachments A–D versioned and stored in the consent ledger.
  2. Day 0

    Kickoff

    • ·Outreach copy approved. Screener questions approved. Provider takes ownership of session calendar provisioning if the study is masked or anonymized.
    • ·Provider confirms the client has signed the anti-bypass terms before any sourcing begins.
  3. Day 1

    Source & shortlist

    • ·200-lead pool from licensed and API-based vendors only. Vendor + license ID logged on every lead.
    • ·Manual fit review against §3 of the kit. Top 60 prioritized for Wave 1.
    • ·Notice-at-collection timestamp set per Attachment B §1.
  4. Day 2

    Wave 1 + §3a check

    • ·Wave 1 (60) sent. Replies routed to the screener.
    • ·End-of-day §3a check. If reply rate is under your threshold, we present four options: broader criteria, higher incentive, backup segment, longer timeline. The timeline pauses until you respond.
  5. Day 3

    Wave 2 + scheduling

    • ·Wave 2 (60–80 from backup pool). Screener reviews. Qualified creators sent the per-study consent form.
    • ·Bookings created on Provider-controlled calendars when masked or anonymized.
  6. Day 4

    Replacement buffer + §3a check

    • ·Lock 15 scheduled by EOD. Send 24-hour reminders.
    • ·End-of-day §3a check. If under threshold, Provider can activate the backup segment or reset the completion timeline — written approval from you required.
    • ·Above-band incentive escalation up to your premium-creator ceiling, with written notice if Provider goes higher.
  7. Days 5–7

    Interviews & closeout

    • ·Sessions run with alias enforcement and Provider-owned calendar links for masked/anonymized.
    • ·On no-show: replacement queue picks up the next backup creator. On client-side cancellation under 24h: creator paid in full.
    • ·Final recruiting report delivered within 2 business days of the last interview.
  8. Day 7+

    Reconciliation

    • ·All 10 payouts confirmed sent (default 48 hours or disclosed schedule).
    • ·Withdrawal and deletion requests run within 30 days. Bypass incidents resolved before the next pilot.
    • ·Pilot scorecard against the kit §4 funnel target.
